Bright, pale straw-yellow with some depth, even colour throughout. This amiable Chardonnay is elegantly balanced with plush fruit, energetic acidity and a textural palate. Made from Mendoza and Clone 15, handpicked, the whole bunch was pressed into tank, racked and transferred to barriques under spontaneous fermentation.

Aged in oak for 9 months, 34% new oak, underwent MLF. 14.2% alc.
