Welcome to Domaine Rewa. By accessing our website, purchasing products, or joining our Wine Club, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Use of Website and Purchases
By using this website, you confirm you are legally able to enter into contracts and purchase wine.

You may purchase wines and other products via the website. All purchases are subject to product availability and pricing at the time of order.
3. Domaine Rewa Wine Club Terms and Conditions
3.1 Membership Overview
By joining the Domaine Rewa Wine Club (“Club”), you agree to the following terms, which govern your membership. Membership is rolling and automatically renews unless you notify us otherwise.

3.2 Membership Structure & Shipments
Membership includes three shipments per year (April, August, and November), each consisting of six bottles.

Each shipment includes one Mystery Bottle selected by Domaine Rewa, which is not customizable. The remaining five bottles can be tailored by you via your personal club account.

Membership is limited to 50 places only, emphasizing exclusivity.

3.3 Pricing and Discounts
Shipment costs typically range between $285 and $325, depending on your wine selection.

Members receive a 15% discount on all Domaine Rewa wines, excluding select magnums, merchandise, and limited cellar releases.

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $15 for six bottles, and is free for orders of 12 bottles or more. International shipping rates vary by destination and will be confirmed prior to shipment.

3.4 Billing and Payment
Your credit card will be charged automatically on shipment dates, with notifications sent three weeks, two weeks, and two days prior to billing.

Wine is dispatched within 5 working days of payment being processed.

3.5 Customising and Managing Your Shipment
Aside from the Mystery Bottle, you may customise your shipment via your club account.

You can skip a shipment by notifying us before the billing date. However, skipping two consecutive shipments will result in membership cancellation or reallocation.

You must commit to a minimum of three shipments.

3.6 Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership any time after fulfilling your minimum commitment by emailing philippa@domainerewa.com or via your club account at least two weeks prior to the next scheduled shipment.

Late cancellations will result in the next shipment being dispatched.

3.7 Exclusive Benefits
Members have access to library releases, including rare and sought-after vintages reserved exclusively for the Club.

Select shipments may include special gifts such as estate honey or freshly pressed olive oil.

The November shipment offers an opportunity to purchase limited magnums.

3.8 Online Ordering and Account Access
Club members can purchase wine online anytime with their member discount via their account.

To reset your login details, use the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the website or email orders@domainerewa.com for assistance.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times and costs are outlined above in the Wine Club section for members.

For non-members, standard shipping rates and policies apply, which will be displayed at checkout.

Please ensure your delivery address is current; any reshipping costs due to address errors will be charged to you.
5. Legal and Compliance
You confirm you are of legal drinking age in your home country and country of delivery.

Domaine Rewa complies with all relevant laws and regulations regarding the sale and shipment of alcohol.
6. Privacy
We use your personal information to fulfill orders, manage your membership, and send communications relevant to your account and preferences.

We do not share your information with third parties except as necessary for order fulfillment or as required by law.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Changes will be notified via the website and/or direct communication with members and customers.
