Domaine Rewa Riesling - 2018 (Case of 6)

Hand-picked grapes were whole-bunch pressed and left to undergo spontaneous fermentation in a stainless steel tank. Medium-dry riesling with lime, white flowers and a suggestion of oyster shell. There’s a perfect blend of sweetness with fruity acidity which gives the wine tension. Deliciously accessible now, but no rush.
